In more than a quarter of managers now believe online networking sites like Facebook, LinkIn and MySpace are a vital business tool, according to a survey conducted by Konica Minolta. Sydney Olympic Park Authorities plans Olympic Growth with Sage ACCPAC CRM
Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) has installed Sage ACCPAC CRM ™ customer relationship management software to support the vision for the Park that includes a $470 million plan for residential and commercial development over the next five to seven years. The software will help SOPA to more tightly tailor its marketing campaigns for its existing 10,000 customer and stakeholder contacts, attract 1,500 new residents and 3,000 new employees, and generally increase visitation and investment, in order to improve the long-term viability of the businesses within the SOPA precinct.
Hot off the Press
The CRM Works team attended the Sage ACCPAC 2004 Conferencing and training in Melbourne for the last week ending the 16th October and brought back some great news on product as well as Sage ACCPAC's CRM Achievement Award for 2004. As for CRM 5.7 please see snapshot of issues addressed below. We expect release mid November and advise the transition from 5.6 is seamless plus the enhancements will reduce customisation times in some areas.
